Our 6-Week Pre-Season Golf Tune-Up for Fox Creek members is designed to help you move better, feel better, and prepare your body for the demands of the upcoming golf season. Whether you want to loosen up, build confidence, or simply avoid feeling stiff in those first few rounds, this program is a great place to start.

What we’ll focus on

Throughout the 6 weeks, we’ll work on the key areas that matter most for golf performance and feeling good on the course, including:

  • Unlocking the hips

  • Improving upper body rotation

  • Full body mobility

  • Core activation

  • Glute activation

  • Waking up the muscles after the off-season

This program is all about helping your body move the way it needs to so you can swing more freely, warm up more effectively, and head into the season feeling prepared.

No experience needed

You do not need any previous training experience to join.

This program is built for MEN and WOMEN ages 20+ who want to get their body ready after 6 months off and learn simple techniques they can continue using throughout the golf season before rounds.

Program Details

Start Date: April 6 until May 13
Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Total Sessions: 12
