5-minute EMOM. Each minute starts with a burpee buy-in, then you ride the Assault Bike for calories until :40. Your score is total bike calories across all 5 minutes.

Format: 5:00 EMOM
Score: Total Assault Bike Calories
Bike Window: Burpees → Bike until :40
Stop: Off + standing by :40

How it works

  1. Start each minute standing off the bike.
  2. At the beep: complete your burpee buy-in for that minute.
  3. Then get on the bike and ride for calories until the :40 mark.
  4. At :40 you must stop pedaling, dismount, and be standing before the next minute starts.
  5. After 5 minutes, your score is your total calories on the bike display.

  • Min 1: 1 burpee
  • Min 2: 2 burpees
  • Min 3: 3 burpees
  • Min 4: 4 burpees
  • Min 5: 5 burpees

Ladder: 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5

Important standards

  • You can’t touch the pedals until your burpees are done for that minute.
  • Only calories earned after your last burpee and before :40 count for that minute.
  • Same bike for all 5 minutes.

Score submission

  • Submit your calories (whole number) using the form on this page.
  • No submitted score by Friday @ 6:00pm = 0 for the event.
  • One submission per person — if multiple entries are submitted, the first one will be used.
