2-minute AMRAP on the Safety Squat Bar. Same standards as the main event β€” but the load is different for coaches.

The way coaches earn their team points is first calling their shot. Click the button above to enter your team reps prediction. Team total reps will include your own. Submissions must be in by Monday @ 9:00pm.

How it works

  • Men: load the SSB to 100% bodyweight.
  • Women: load the SSB to 75% bodyweight.
  • 2 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible.
  • Your score is total reps.

Movement standards

  • Squat to the target: 20lb med ball on a 25lb bumper plate.
  • Every rep must make clear contact with the med ball.
  • Full reps only: stand all the way up each rep. No pulses, no partials.
  • No touch = no rep.
  • No support equipment allowed: Knee sleeves accepted.
  • The bar can be racked anytime. Reps do not have to be unbroken.

Call Your Shot

Step 1: Submit your team total reps prediction (includes your coach reps).
Deadline: Monday @ 9:00pm β€” locked after that.

How we rank coaches: closest guess wins.
Tie-break: if two coaches are equally close, the team with the higher total reps ranks higher.

Coach points added to your team:
Rank Reps (9 β†’ 1) = 30–50% of your coach reps (capped at 75 reps) based on your rank.

Percent by rank: 1st 50%, 2nd 45%, 3rd 40%, 4th 35%, 5th–9th 30%.
This is separate from submitting your coach score β€” do both.

Score submission

  • Submit your coach score using the form on this page.
  • Enter your name, email, bodyweight and reps.
  • Bodyweight: use the washroom scale or hop on InBody quick.
  • One submission per coach β€” Deadline: Friday @6:00pm.
