Pain In The Ass 🤬

2-minute AMRAP on the Safety Squat Bar. Same standards as the main event — but the load is different for coaches.

Time: 2:00 AMRAP
Movement: SSB Squat to Target
Target: 20lb med ball on a 25lb bumper
Score: Total reps

How it works

  • Men: load the SSB to 100% bodyweight.
  • Women: load the SSB to 75% bodyweight.
  • 2 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible.
  • Your score is total reps.

Movement standards (strict)

  • Squat to the target: 20lb med ball on a 25lb bumper plate.
  • Every rep must make clear contact with the med ball.
  • Full reps only: stand all the way up each rep. No pulses, no partials.
  • No touch = no rep.
  • No support equipment allowed: Knee sleeves accepted.
  • The bar can be racked anytime. Reps do not have to be unbroken.

Camera angle: direct side view, ideally around hip height.
Framing: full body + bar in frame the whole time.
Target visible: make sure the med ball + plate are clearly visible so contact is obvious.

Score submission

  • Enter your name, bodyweight and reps using the form.
