6:00 EMOM. Every minute: 3 DB snatches right + 3 DB snatches left, then row for max calories until :45. Score = total rower calories across all 6 minutes.

How it works
- At the start of each minute, complete 3 single-arm DB snatches (Right) + 3 (Left).
- All 6 snatches must be completed before touching the rower.
- After the 6th snatch, row for max calories until 0:45.
- At 0:45, stop rowing, return handle to cradle, step off, and rest until the next minute begins.
- Repeat for 6 total minutes. Your score is total calories on the rower (whole calories).
Important standards
- DB starts on the floor for every rep.
- Finish overhead on the working arm (stable at the top).
- Must hit 3 per side each minute (order is your choice).
- Control rule (no dropping): after the 6th rep each minute, keep at least one hand on the DB while returning it to the floor.
- If you don’t finish the snatches in that minute: you cannot row that minute (0 calories for that round).
Loading & settings
Standard DB for everyone: Women = 20 lb • Men = 30 lb.

- Damper: set to 8 before starting. No changes once the event begins.
- Calories only count after snatches are done and before the 0:45 cutoff each minute.
Score submission
- Submit your total calories using the form on this page.
- No submitted score by Friday @ 6:00pm = 0 for the event.
- One submission per person — if multiple entries are submitted, the first one will be used.
