Standard: Over shoulder + drop

How it works

  1. Pick the correct bag: Women = 50 lb, Men = 75 lb.
  2. Bag starts on the floor in front of you.
  3. Take it over that shoulder so it drops to the ground on the other side, inside your lane.
  4. Your score is total reps at the end of 3:00.

Important standards

  • Clear over + drop: it must clearly go over the shoulder and drop to the ground on the other side. No over + drop = no rep.
  • Either shoulder: you can use left or right and switch whenever you want.
  • Rest is allowed: stand up, shake out, then go again — clock keeps running.

  • No submitted score by Friday @ 6:00pm = 0 for the event.
  • One submission per person — if multiple entries are submitted, the first one will be used.
