Coaches Shoulder the Load (Bonus Play)
Enter the coaches’ combined total reps for the 2:00 AMRAP (50lb sandbag over the shoulder). This number is used to settle the Over / Under line.

Baggage Claim Relay
Relay for max laps. One athlete at a time completes a full lap, tags the next teammate. Highest laps wins.
Lap (per athlete)
- 50lb sandbag carry down & back (0m → 10m → 0m)
- Row to target calories (choose your standard: 6–8 cals)
- Sandbag step-ups x10 (box: 16" recommended)
- Run down & back (0m → 10m → 0m), then tag
Any sandbag carry style is allowed (bear hug, shoulder, etc.). Step-ups must be controlled with both feet on top each rep.

Brick by Brick
Calories buy plates. Plates build the tower. Tallest standing tower wins.
How it runs
- Each team has: 1 rower/bike, a plate pile, and a taped tower zone.
- 1 athlete rows at a time.
- 1 runner/stacker at a time moves one plate per trip and stacks it.
- Suggested conversion: every 10 calories = 1 plate (tweak if needed).
Scoring
Optional tie-break = total calories.
